Website Management

The data will be kept until 1 (one) year after the end of the contract or, if this has not been concluded, until 6 (six) months after the beginning of the contracting process without conclusion, without prejudice to being kept for a longer period in compliance with specific legal obligations.

Prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing crimes

The processing of this data is necessary to verify lists of persons and entities subject to financial or commercial sanctions or to identify and report suspicious operations. This treatment is based on pre-contractual diligence and compliance with legal obligations.
The data will be kept for a period of 7 (seven) years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Contact and complaint management

The processing of this data is necessary for the reception, analysis and response to requests for information and complaints. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the company in duly following up your requests and in compliance with legal obligations.

Your data will be kept, by legal requirement, for a period of 3 (three) years.

VALLIS performs data processing necessary to ensure compliance with various legal obligations, including, without limitation,

  • legislation on the prevention and fight against money laundering and terrorist financing;
  • tax law; and/or
  • relating to the protection of personal data.

The data is stored and used for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless another retention period results from the direct application of the law.

  • Legal proceedings (e.g., lawsuits, lawsuit number, litigation proceedings, type of lawsuit, outcome of proceedings, claims incurred)
  • Web browsing data (e.g., electronic identifier, connection start or end date/time, interaction history and host).

VALLIS does not process sensitive data categories revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data to uniquely identify a person, data concerning health, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.


In accordance with applicable law and as holders of personal data, the User may at any time request the right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data just as they may cancel their consent to the processing of their personal data for the future when this has been the basis for the lawfulness of the processing.

The user’s personal data will be deleted if the user consent to the storage of such data is withdrawn, if the information of the personal data to achieve the intended purpose is no longer necessary or if the storage of the personal data is inadmissible due to other legal reasons.
