Has an extensive experience in M&A and Capital Markets transactions, where he led or co-led three Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and hostile Public Tender Offer (OPA), and was subject of individual and institutional public awards, in the field of Investor Relations. Prior to founding Vallis Capital Partners, he was Board Member and CFO of Mota-Engil, SGPS, the largest Portuguese construction group and Non-executive Director of Martifer. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vortal, a non-executive and independent membership. He was Board Member of the Portuguese Association of Financial Analysts, Member of the Supervisory Board of EGP - Univ. Porto Business School and Member of the CFO Advisory Board at ISCTE Business School. He has a Degree in Economics and has a Post-Graduation Course in International Financial Management, by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.

He was Chief Credit Officer at Dominion Group in London, having under his responsibility the funds´ debt management, and the launching of a structured credit fund. Formerly he was Executive Director of ABN AMRO, being the European Head of Conduit Securitization, where he structures and managed credit portfolios of approximately USD 35 MM. He was also Adviser to the Ministry of Economy for the Internationalization of the Portuguese Economy. He has a Degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics of Porto and holds an MBA from the State University of West Georgia, U.S.

He had responsibilities as an Executive Director and as a Board Member at Affinis, Tecneira and FDO SGPS. He has experience in corporate restructuring and turnaround operations such as Elite Portugal and the Group Gestisor. He also has experience as an entrepreneur. At the academic level, he was invited Lecturer of the Entrepreneurship course at the Executive MBA AESE, Lisbon. He holds a Degree in Economics from ISEG (Lisbon) and an MBA (Global Executive) from IESE Business School, University of Navarra (Barcelona / Madrid / Stanford - U.S. and Shanghai - China).
Luis joined Vallis in 2011. He started his career in Corporate Controlling in a diversified business group with strong international presence and rapid organic and M&A growth. He worked in Poland as the Head of Controlling in a Shared Services Centre for Central Europe, serving more than 60 companies in 5 countries. He was part of a corporate team that originated, structured and led several M&A transactions and implemented post-acquisition integration and restructuring processes. Luis holds a degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics of Porto, has a Postgraduate degree in Auditing and Controlling from the Catholic University of Porto and an Advanced Management Course in M&A from the Oporto Business School. He is a CFA charterholder since 2015.
Natalia joined Vallis in 2012. She has over ten years of international experience in the investment banking and financial advisory. She has a proven track record of deals with private and public clients in fixed income products, M&A advisory and project finance (PPP/PFI) both in emerging and developed markets. Previously, she worked in Capital markets and Corporate Finance with a Portuguese investment bank in Lisbon and a leading European multilateral financial institution in London. Before this, she worked in one of the Big Four accountancy firms in the UK and Russia. Natalia holds a degree in Economics from St. Petersburg State University (Russia). She is a CFA charterholder since 2007 and ACCA (UK) member since 2000.
Luís joined the team in 2012 and has been part of the execution of several Private Equity deals in different sectors and growth stages. He is experienced in PE Funds' operations, corporate analysis, valuation, reporting, portfolio management and all stages of transaction execution. He started his career on a Big Four firm, where he spent close to six years with projects on several industries both in publicly quoted and privately held companies. He received a Master in Finance by Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and graduated from Católica Porto Business School, with a degree in Corporate Management.
João has several years of experience working in advisory and consulting roles, having previously worked in London as a management consultant for the Healthcare industry. Before this, he was a deputy to the Portuguese Defense Secretary of State, where he oversaw the financial implementation of the Defense Reform Program and the implementation of corporate restructuring initiatives. He started his career as a financial auditor in a Big Four accountancy firm in Portugal, having worked across several industries and company sizes.

Nuno has 6 years of experience in consulting at Big Four firms, namely in corporate finance, management consulting and tax. He has integrated projects in several industries, internationally and involving companies from different sizes and market position. He is Assistant Professor of the Management and Economics degrees at the Católica Porto Business School. He holds a Master in Finance from the Católica Porto Business School and graduated in Management from the same university.
Executive with over twenty years of experience as accounting and tax manager in one of the largest Portuguese industrial conglomerates strongly internationalized. Specialized in finance and tax management she led and actively participated in investments structuring, corporate restructuring, cross border operations, and international employee mobility framework, among others. Furthermore, she carried out the design and implementation of optimized financial and accounting processes in a Shared Services Center covering a large number of Portuguese companies. She graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Porto and has an Advanced Executive Course in Corporate Management from the Oporto Business School.
