Vallis Capital Partners is pleased to announce that has reached the Initial Closing of its successor Fund, Vallis Sustainable Investments II, with 103 million Euros of Capital Commitments.
We proudly note that the Limited Partners of our first fund, Vallis Sustainable Investments I, committed approximately 70% of Vallis Sustainable Investments II Initial Closing and to them we would like to address our gratitude for the renewed Trust.
With this achievement, Vallis Team will continue to develop its fundraising contacts with the PE International investors´ community aiming to reach the Final Closing with a target capitalization of 150 million Euros.
